Open Space Dialogues: What's Next?

***New Yorkers for Parks has CANCELLED the April 2, 2020 Open Space Dialogues***

Please join us in the fall for future conversations around New York City's open spaces.

Open Space Dialogues: What's Next?

Join New Yorkers for Parks for an event focusing on the future of parks and open space in New York City. Now, at the start of a new decade in 2020, New Yorkers have the opportunity to stake their priorities clearly in front of a slate of more than 300 candidates for office in NYC, running to become Mayor, Borough Presidents, City Council Members, and more. What are the most important benefits New Yorkers get from open spaces? What can New York learn from the parks community nationwide, and from our fellow cities? How should the next Mayor prioritize investments in open space and parks? Why invest in open spaces? The discussion will feature perspectives from parks and open space leaders in New York City alongside related industries.

This event will be livestreamed by CityLand from the New York Law School's Center for New York City Law. The livestream will play from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and will then be uploaded as a video.
