New Yorkers for Parks’ award-winning Report Card on Parks project was developed in 2002. The only independent, annual survey of park maintenance in all five boroughs, the Report Card provides transparency on the conditions of parks, highlights challenges and successes, and offers recommendations for improvement. The Report Card on Artificial Turf
|
This report examines the conditions of artificial turf fields across New York City in the summers of 2008 and 2009. This structure allows NY4P to measure the performance of these fields over the course of one year.
